Toddlers are so amazing. I am so impressed with the brilliance that our littlest angel possesses. For real, she picks up on everything so quickly and we are constantly told this by strangers as well. We are not just being partial. ;) Her doctor as well as the Parents as Teachers educators have all reiterated this as well. I don't know ya'll, but we may just have our next Einstein on our hands. lol. Okay, I'm just bragging by saying that... but surely you feel my swell of pride.
We have been talking about Home Schooling her too... there are so many indifferences and lack of one on one interaction in schools these days (not to mention all the scary incidents that just keep growing by numbers on the news) that we would much rather continue to broaden her education. Afterall, we - her parents - are her first teachers and so far we are doing an awesome job. My husband's boss home-schooled their son and he is a Sophomore in college now at 19-years-old (he just turned 19 last week). I do not want to be one of those parents that secludes their child. We would, of course, involve her in many playgroups and activities close to what she already participates in. She is active in storytime at our local library and will soon start attending her P.A.T. playgroup for her age. She just turned 2 though, so we have years to research as well as discuss this... but I know it is something we deeply desire and hope for.

Hello, Lisa in NC here from Yahoo 360/Fellow MT. Thanks for inviting me here. I joined as well but not sure if I'll start an account here soon or not. I'll check in daily. Have a great day. :o)
Thanks Lisa! Not sure you will see activity from me daily though... but you may see some weekly. :) I'm trying to get better organized and back into journaling as I once was, before the life as an MT. :)
